At BH Aviation, we value every customer and prioritize your satisfaction. We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Costs & Destinations

  • Canada & United States: Free standard shipping
  • Other countries: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address

Shipping Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Estimated delivery after shipment:

    • Canada: 2–5 business days

    • United States: 3–7 business days

    • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–12 business days

    • Other countries: Delivery time varies depending on the address

  • Pre-orders or backorders: Please check the product page for the estimated shipping date.

We use the following carriers based on destination:

  • Canada Post
  • UPS

Order Changes & Cancellation

Before Shipping:

  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 3 hours after placing it with no processing fee.
  • If you cancel an order that has not yet entered the shipping process after 3 hours, a 5% processing fee of the order cost will apply.
  • Change of Address: Allowed with no additional fee before shipping.
  • Replacements and Exchanges: Free of charge before shipment.

After Shipping:

  • Order Cancellation: Once the order has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. If you refuse delivery, a 5% cancellation fee of the order cost will be charged.
  • Change of Address: If address change is requested after shipment, a $10 processing fee will apply.

Order Tracking
You can track your order via your account on our website if registered. Otherwise, use your order number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website or contact our support team at ian@bh-aviation.com. We will respond within 24 hours.
